Celebrating Women in Construction and Other Industries

Alexia Keil and I recently attended the Women of Steel 2025 meeting, joining over 80 remarkable women from various industries, including construction, software security, and accounting. Representing financial planning, we shared insights on company 401k plans. The 2-day event highlighted the power of connection, growth, and inspiration within the evolving construction industry, benefiting our 401K team as well.

Exceptional Event Format!

The conference's innovative format rotated table spots every few hours, ensuring connections with a diverse group of professionals. These interactions fostered experience sharing, idea exchange, and meaningful relationship building, impacting our careers.
